Every cup starts at origin. We source single-estate beans from Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, Colombia's Huila highlands, and Brazil's Minas Gerais farms — then roast them in-house at our Sydney roastery to bring out their full character.
Our three signature blends — Almond Blossom, Starry Night, and Golden Hour — are crafted for the espresso bar. Each is dialled in for milk-based drinks and straight shots alike.

Chambers Fine Coffee is now offering exclusive master franchise territories internationally. We are actively seeking partners in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Seoul, and New York. Master franchisees receive exclusive territory rights, the full brand system, store design package, roasting and supply chain setup, training, and ongoing support from our Sydney head office.
